Vastu tips for Dinning Room
Creating a harmonious dining space according to Vaastu principles can enhance prosperity and well-being. Consider the following guidelines:
-
Place the dining hall in the West corner to benefit from the setting sun's rays, which help kill harmful bacteria in stored food.
-
Alternatively, the dining area can be located in the East direction to benefit from the healthful morning sunrays.
-
Opt for a perfectly square or rectangular dining table.
-
Ensure the dining table is not placed flush against the wall.
-
If a fridge is placed in the dining room, it should be in the southeast direction.
-
Members should face the East or North while eating.
-
Position the wash basin in the Northeast side of the room.
-
Ensure that the main door of the house and the dining room do not face each other.
-
Avoid placing the dining area adjacent to a toilet.
-
Ensure that the door of the Pooja room/toilet does not open directly in front of the dining area.
-
If a console is placed near the dining area for storing crockery and utensils, it should be on the South or West wall of that area.
