Laxmi Steels Ltd. was founded in Lumbini zone, Khaireni, Sunwal -7 in Nawalparasi district. It was established to produce TMT steel bars and other steel products utilizing German Thermex technology.
Laxmi Rebars feature a superior, uniform rib pattern with greater depth and closer spacing achieved through automated milling machines. This meticulous design and replication across the entire length ensure precise ribs, contributing to consistent strength, making them ideal for structural applications.
Utilizing the controlled temp core technology in rebar manufacturing results in superior properties. The process enhances ductility, elongation, and imparts a tough outer surface. Additionally, the inner core remains soft, ensuring a balance of strength and flexibility for optimal structural performance.
Laxmi Rebars feature low carbon and equivalent levels, ensuring higher strength through precise thermo-mechanical treatment control. This imparts superior weldability without requiring pre-warming or post-welding in manual arc welding. The Rebar is adaptable for both butt welding and lap welding, offering versatile construction solutions.
The controlled thermomechanical treatment produces a uniform, thick tempered martensitic rim in Laxmi Steel TMT Rebars, entirely devoid of internal stress. This specialized rim significantly enhances both corrosion resistance and fatigue strength, ensuring the longevity and structural reliability of the rebars.
In Nepal's seismic-prone region, Laxmi Rebar, combining unique strength and ductility, supports seismic design effectively.
